POSITION: MARKETING OUTREACH COORDINATOR
The Tree-er working in this position will develop, implement the outreach and marketing plans for future educational fairs, targeting at high schools, universities, English centers in southern Vietnam. The Tree Academy tuyển dụng

• Develop and execute marketing plans to generate new leads and drive brand awareness.
• Prepare outreach plans within key objectives. Reach out and grow professional relationships with international and public high schools, English centers/classes, student organizations and clubs as channels for student recruitment.
• Plan and execute advertising on all social media platforms.
• Research and propose new advertising opportunities to promote the campaigns and maximize visibility at events, exhibitions.
• Work with in-house designer to manage the production of marketing materials such as leaflets, flyers, posters.
• Support in writing engaging content for social media, website articles.
• Coordinate visits of school representatives.
• Provide accurate and regular reports to update Manager on the performance of campaigns.
Job Requirements
• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
• Preferably experience in educational sector.
• Be initiative, self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Good memory? Don’t be Dory (if you know what we mean).
• English? Definitely. And, you should be very good at Vietnamese as well.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills, organizational and project management skills.
• MS Office? Type it right, type it fast.
• We require your own characteristic, your crazy mind, and your loyalty.

POSITION: COURSE ADVISOR
Job Tasks
• To provide academic counseling to new and prospective students: explaining policies, procedures, and program requirements while assisting students in selecting educational and career goals;
• To review and evaluate students’ education background along with other documents to determine eligibility status, from which giving advice to assist students in obtaining support to meet these specific needs;
• To maintain contact with students throughout the term and provide support when addressing student concerns;
• To attend conferences and other functions designed to bring the company to the notice of new admission students;
• To assist in coordinating visits of school representatives;
• To identify business opportunities by researching and analyzing the industry and market trends;
• To support marketing activities both online and offline.
Job Requirements
• Experience in and passion for education.
• Good memory? Don’t be Dory (if you know what we mean).
• English? Definitely. We require a minimum IELTS overall score of 6.5. And, you should be very good at Vietnamese as well.
• Superior interpersonal skills since most of your daily duties consist of interacting with students, parents and school representatives.
